Outlaw Stitches uses customer information to run the store, process orders, provide support, improve the site, and send marketing only when a customer opts in.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We store order details needed to fulfill and support purchases, including products, sizes, colors, payment status, shipping details, and customer contact information returned from checkout.
Print-provider details are shared only as needed to create and review production orders.
The site records basic store events like page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, and purchases so we can understand which trade shirts are working.
Marketing pixels may be used for measurement and retargeting. Email or SMS marketing is only for opted-in contacts.
When you contact support, we use the information you provide to answer the question, check order status, review shipping or print issues, and follow up.
